1How many people can a private tour accommodate?
There's no strict minimum — we work with groups from 4 people. For larger groups (50+), we coordinate multiple guides and private vehicles so the experience stays just as personal. Get in touch, no commitment needed.
2Are tours available in languages other than English?
Yes. English is our main working language, but we have guides in Spanish, Catalan, French, German, and Italian. Other languages available on request with enough notice.
3How far in advance do I need to book a corporate event?
For large groups or events with complex logistics, we recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks ahead. For smaller groups and more straightforward tours, 1–2 weeks is usually fine.
4Does group transport come included in your tours?
We can arrange private transport in vehicles sized to your group. It's an option we add to the proposal if the client needs it — not a default inclusion across all tours.
5Do you work with travel agencies and intermediaries?
Yes. We regularly work with incentive agencies, DMCs, and corporate travel operators. If you're an intermediary, write to us directly and we'll talk terms.
